미국 시카고를 중심으로 활동하고 있는 미디어 아티스트 신은혜는 아트스페이스 이색에서 개인전 <Millennial Pink (밀레니얼 핑크)>를 2019년 11월 30일부터 12월 11일까지 개최한다. 전시 타이틀인 ‘밀레니얼 핑크’는 1980년대 초반부터 2000년대 초반 출생한 세대 여성의 모습을 작가의 경험과 시선을 통해 담아낸 것으로 서울 기반의 여성복 디자이너 브랜드 IAMLAZYMUSE와 협업한 9점의 패션포토 프로젝트(2019)에서 파생된다. 이 외에도 총 4점의 미디어 작품이 전시장 곳곳에 선보여지며, 독일 베를린 레지던시에서 제작하고 2019년 이탈리아 피렌체 비엔날레에 소개된 <Make Yourself Comfortable>(2018), 작가의 의식 세계와 행위가 담겨있는 비주얼다이어리 <Medication>(2017) 및 국내 전시를 위하여 제작한 최신작 <Molka (몰카)>(2019)와 <Untitled (Self-Portrait)>(2019)를 만나볼 수 있다.

Chicago based media artist Shin, Eun Hye presents her solo show <Millennial Pink> at Art Space I:SAEK from Nov 30 to Dec 11, 2019. The exhibition title ‘Millennial Pink’, is a photography project in collaboration with a Seoul-based womenswear brand ‘IAMLAZYMUSE’ and describes the aspect of women in Millennial generation, born between 1980 and 2000. In addition, a total of four media works will be presented in the gallery, <Make Yourself Comfortable>(2018), produced in the Berlin residency and invited at the Florence Biennale this year, <Medication>(2017), and the latest videos <Molka (hidden camera footage)>(2019) and <Untitled (Self-Portrait)>(2019).
